Jack & Jill

Jack and Jill.
The first thing that came into my mind was the local famous junk food brand. LOL.

It's actually a comedy film starring Adam Sandler, Katie Holmes and Al Pacino.
In the film, Adam played as Jack Sadelstein, a successful advertising executive in LA with a beautiful wife and kids.
Who dreads one event each year : The Thanksgiving visit of his identical twin sister, Jill.
Jill's neediness and passive-aggressiveness is maddening to Jack, turning his normally tranquil life upside down.

I'm giving this movie a 3/5.
It did cracks me up at certain part, and touching in the end.
I had fun watching it with Bridget + Law, despite the incident that happened earlier during our dinner.
But anyway, check out the trailer below :

New Myvi 1.5 Extreme

Time to welcome a new member to our family.
Yes, my mum bought a new black Myvi 1.5 Extreme.

Problems arise when our timetable got clash almost everyday.
Arguements happen everyday inside the car.
We cannot take it anymore, and decided it's time to get another car.

The car has all this sporty accessories, even the seats are leather covered.
It have this little screen in front with GPS and bluetooth function fully equipped.
Even the air-con buttons are in different style already.
They even have this music control button on the stering, and air-bag in front of the passenger seat.
Behind, they have shoulder safety-belt for the middle seat passenger, no more fuzzy waist-belt where you have to adjust everytime.

The whole car is indeed very beautiful inside out.
I tried driving it once and WOW, it feels powerful.
1.5 cc power for a small car like Myvi is awesome.

Nowadays, I am driving full time.
Finally got to have a car of my own. But it's not this car okay?
and yes, it's time to say goodbye to my P license =)

But still, I drive like a P license kid. LOL.
Urgh, ugly photo of me on my license. hahaha, I cant wait to change my IC already as well.

Self-value

A well-known speaker started off his seminar holding up a $20.00 bill.
In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?"
Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.

He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill.
He then asked, "Who still wants it...?
" Still the hands were up in the air.
Well, he replied, "What if I do this?"

And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.
"Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE. You are special- Don't EVER forget it."

If you do not pass this on, you may never know the lives it touches, the hurting hearts it speaks to, or the hope that it can bring. Count your blessings, not your problems. And remember: amateurs built the Ark ... professionals built the Titanic.
