A brand new day plus a brand new year.
Feeling refreshing and yet it is going to be a very busy day today.
Schedule fully packed with activities.
Gerald and me still feeling a bit tired from the Beringgis Trip.
Haven't been resting properly since that day.
Wasn't actually thinking to go out today.
But, since we've already plan to go ask around for my bracelet, we grab the car keys and head out.
No breakfast for the both of us since morning since we both woke up late.
We are wandering around thinking where to go for our lunch.
In the end, we decided to stop at Foh Sang Luyang.

Gerald doesn't really enjoy the food. LOL.
He says it's not tasty and this kind of easy food, he can even do it himself at home. ROFL.
Somemore, with the hot weather nowadays, we are actually sweating while eating at such a hot environment.
Gerald is being very noisy and grumpy about the hot weather, because it's making him sweating like showering. HAHA.
Suddenly, when we are talking and he waited for me to finish my food.
There is this uncle who steps on Gerald's foot without apologizing properly.
He is instantly super mad and talking grumpily towards everything.
I hurry finish my food so that we can leave the stuffy hot and packed kopitiam.
Foh Sang and Luyang is where I spend my baby years growing up.
Therefore, I am very familiar and used to the place and the people there.
But Gerald is complaining about everything especially when he caught some uncles looking at my thighs and ass, since I am wearing short pants.
He immediately hold me closer and angrily stares back at those uncles.

I felt funny, cute and sweet at the same time. HAHA.

We first head down to KK as one of my friend told me that there are a few gold shops in Segama might can help me with the bracelet.
I tried asking two of the shops in Segama, if they could cut my bracelet shorter, sadly, they cannot help.
Due to the different design of the bracelet, they have no idea how to join it back after cutting it.
Feeling disappointed, we left Segama and try our luck in Citymall.
Enter Lazo Diamond and check with the salesperson.
The good news is they have a sifu who can cut the bracelet.
But the bad news is the sifu is in KL, if you want the bracelet to be cut, you have to send it over to KL for few weeks time or even up to months.
Gerald feels it cannot be trusted if the bracelet was to sent out of KK.
So, we eventually give up in asking after that.
We walk around and pass Chatime.
I told Gerald I never tried Chatime before, so he bought me a cup of milky tea =)

After walking around for a while, we decided to head back home to rest a while.
Especially Gerald who is feeling extremely tired and sleepy.
The next appointment is at 6.30pm.
We will be meeting the Triple K sisters at Party Play Gaya Street for our planned New Year couple date.
And at the same time, I am planning to surprise Howey with my underground relationship status. LOL.
If she hasn't been absent from our previous couple date during Christmas, we wouldn't have to do this the second time. LOL.
Actually, me and Irean specially plan this couple date for the second time for Howey, not only to surprise Howey with my relationship status, but to also have a relaxing hangout with the girls, and also to have an early birthday celebration for Howey.

I'm not sure how would Howey's reactions are going to be then, will she be able to handle everything? haha.
5.30pm, Irean SMSed and check for my whereabouts.
I just finished taking my bath by that time. LOL.
She said she has already arrived Party Play with Ho. So early man.
I initially thought they have to arrive so early to arrange the cake with the waiters and waitresses, and to make sure everything is going according to the plan.
Only later we realized that the dinner time is actually set at 6pm, not 6.30pm. ROFLMAO.
Howey then arrived with Jason at 6.20pm, while me and Gerald arrived at 6.30pm. LOL.
Irean is complaining how late and tardy we are, being a little mad for not following the time.
Haha, sorry there but I had a misunderstanding on the time.
If not, we would have been arrived sharp at 6pm.

After dinner, Howey and Irean ordered some chocolate desserts for themselves.
While we sit around and chit chat about stuffs.
Me and Irean let Howey guess exactly how long have my underground relationship started.
Given three time of chances, and she cannot even guess it correctly. LMAO.
When we said it's already been 5 months, she open her signature goldfish eyes in disbelief, claiming that she wanna scold and hit me for hiding the truth all this while. HAHAHA.
Today is our third public exposure to my friends.
When it's almost time for the next surprise, I pretended to go wash my hands.
But I am actually going to the bar table to ask the waiter to help serve the birthday cake to Howey.
Back to my seat, and pretended nothing has happen.
And we continue to laugh and talk about random stuffs.
Until.....
The birthday song is suddenly being played in Party Play.
All the other customers are looking around, guessing who could be the lucky birthday person.
We all pretended to look around as well. *fakeness* LOL.
The waiter move forward to Howey's seat.
Deng Deng Deng. He slowly place the cake in front of Howey, and suddenly we all turn around and face Howey, with Irean smacking her arm and say "Howey happy birthday HA HA HA."
Again, we all saw Howey's signature goldfish eyes, still recovering from the shock.
Surprise plan : 100% success.
I hurry move over to Howey's place to take some photos.

The whole dinner costs us RM 300++ and we are stun for a while.
It took us a while and causes some confusion to calculate everyone's portion.
Then, we head over to GSC Suria for our movie : Upside Down.
Starring Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst.
I initially thought that the movie is Sci-fi + mystery + adventure genre.
So that the guys would not be boring watching romance movie.
Turns out that it was actually a romance story, talking about a girl and a guy who are in opposite worlds, where they fell in love with each other, and how they work out to maintain their relationship.
The movie was kinda boring for me.
I mean, it doesn't really have an interesting climax and suspense.
LOL, Gerald was even bored. haha.
All of us call it a night after the movie ended.
Since it will be a working day tomorrow, we head home right after the movie ended.
Managed to reach my house before 12am.
But, suddenly Gerald walk down from the car and said he wanted to check something at the back of the car boot.
I waited for him to return so that we can talk a little before I go up.
Suddenly he open my door and hand me the bouquet of flowers.
Leaning forward he said to me "laopo, for you."
I was instantly stunned.
This is the first time I am receiving a bouquet of flowers.
Previously, I always take photos with other people's flower bouquet because it was beautiful and lovely.
and I have always love flowers especially roses. awwwww.
Never expected that I would receive one of my own in such an unusual day. hahaha.
My mum was actually standing at the balcony watching everything from upstairs.
I always check my balcony whenever Gerald stops his car downstairs after the "SMS incident". LOL.
That is why he was leaning forward towards me when he stand at the open door, with one hand resting on the car roof.
To protect his face from my mum's view on top. HAHAHA.
I actually love his pose like that. so yeng. HAHAHA.

Gerald then enter back into his seat and we continue chatting.
I keep on asking him when did he get the flower when he was with me since morning.

Reminds me so much of those dramas and movies where the guy always do it to catch the girl's heart. HAHAHA.
Gerald's version is only lack of the flying away balloons. LOL.
With such big bouquet of flowers, I predicted that it is surely very expensive.
I asked him questions over and over again, just to check how much is the price of the flower and how did he managed to get the flower and prepare everything.
I know he purposely told me that it's cheap due to the special offer or package, just to satisfy my curiousity.
I knew it because he literally destroy the receipt right in front of me when I insist of grabbing it away from him.
LOL. With the last important proof destroyed, therefore I cannot prove any of my hypothesis.
