Having my off day today and I actually woke up at 12.45pm! First time after months and months of working days.
I actually had things to do today, and it's totally off the beat! I'm late in everything, gosh.... so I end up laze around at the house, asking my mum to help me with the bank thingy.... so manja kan?
Haven't had a proper reunion dinner since my dad's side grandparents passed away. Today, our family has been invited over to have a reunion dinner with Father Felix's family since it was Chinese New Year's eve.
We reached early at 6.25pm, my dad brought us to the back of the house to show us some dogs. How adorable they are! All 5 fluffeh doggies were barking and running around when they smell humans!! *ARGH!! smack head to wall*
I cant resist their fluffehness!! *cuteness over-max!* my hand wont stop taking their photos! My favourite would be the all white named Tommy.
How I wished I had a terrace house so that I have the space for a dog!

Okay enough with the dogs, inside the kitchen, I spotted some tasty food served on the table. My hungry stomach growled smelling those seducing food.
This is our main chef for the day, Aunty Florence, which is also Father Felix's sister.
Finally, Aunty Florence's son and Father Felix arrived at 6.40pm. We all quickly sat for dinner as Father Felix has another appointment at 8pm.

Nothing can taste better than home-cooked food~ Haven't had reunion dinner like this already for few years. It made me kinda miss my dad's side grandparents~ T.T

Aww, he cried when Father Felix tried to hold him and my mum tried to give him ang pao.
Father Felix even asked the family members and relatives to take photos. Look at how funny this photo below, my brother was actually forced to take this photo of him receiving the ang pao.
There was a huge green plant in the house and I spotted numerous coloured feathered thingy on the leaves. When I walked closer, it was actually birds decor! I dunno if it was made from shells but it was nicely done.
Desserts time! The dinner tonight was awesome, every single menu on the table tasted so nice, I cant had enough of it! Aunty Florence was such a great cook. Even the butter cake tasted nice as well, I wondered if she made this herself as well?
*LOL* My dad was happy to receive angpao and he himself cant resist those tasty butter cake!

The night ended very early as Father Felix had to leave early. We could have stayed at Aunty Florence's house longer through the night, but my dad rather not as we are not familiar with their other family members there. Would it sound kinda rude to leave the house straight away after dinner?
Anyway, received 4 ang paos today! A good start for the coming Chinese New Year? Gong Xi Fatt Cai to all, hope you all have a good and prosperous rabbit year!
