We were so excited and happy when Johnathan first broke out the news that Irene has already given birth to a baby girl on the morning of 7th September 2015.
Initially planned to visit the mother and daughter on the weekend of that week, but was unfortunately being postponed due to the high level of jaundice in the baby :(
Forcing Johnathan and Irene to go in and out of the hospital everyday in that week.
Luckily, Baby Sin Ru's jaundice level has lower down by the following week and we decided to pay a visit on Malaysia Public Holiday since no one is working.
And to our surprise, we only found out that Johnathan and Irene have moved to a new house in Taman Penampang today. LOL!
I haven't seen them in ages, actually ever since after their wedding and honeymoon in Dec 2014 due to my busy schedule.
I actually hesitated to make this visitation today as the baby is only 1 week old, plus Irene is in her first week of confinement.
I personally think that it wasn't a good idea to come and disturb both the baby and mother.
But Johnathan and Irene reassured us over and over again until they insisted us to come and share the bundle of joy with them today.
Upon arriving, Baby Sin Ru is sleeping sweetly :)
So, we sat and chatted with the new parents, sharing their experiences from pregnancy until giving birth.
In fact, Baby Sin Ru arrived 13 days earlier than her due date, with a weight of 3.2 kg if I am not mistaken.
It was a natural birth and until this very day, no matter how many natural birth stories I have already heard of, I am still feeling the creepy-ness of it.
Totally salute to all the mothers who are giving birth naturally!
Irene's parents had moved into this house as well, while her mum is assisting her in her confinement month.
Haven't seen her in a long while as well, she greeted me with a very bright smile and chatted a bit with me.

Baby Sin Ru looking at my camera :)
Feels like a grumpy mood, maybe she was grumpy at us being too noisy and crowded at her sweet home, thus disturbing her sleeping time. hahaha.

Not long after that, she fell asleep at her daddy's arm :)
Look at that angelic face, awwwwww.

Baby Sin Ru being carried by Andrea :)
And she look peacefully at Andrea, Aawwwwww :)
Johnathan ask me and Bridget to have a hold of Sin Ru, but we were too afraid of her fragile neck.
Unlike Andrea, with our zero experiences, we give up the chance. LOL.
Baby Sin Ru's daily routine is to eat, sleep, pee and poo.
During the time when we were sitting at their living room, Baby Sin Ru cried every 10-15 minutes asking for milk, and she actually slept back right after milking.
Feeding time was that frequent me and Bridget were shocked.
We can even imagine and feel how tired the journey of being a mum would be like.
Andrea was laughing and she too, shared some new-mum and parenthood experiences with us.
Consisting of funny, tired, exciting and painful moments.
Today, Nicholas is already entering 2 years old.
How time flies!
Before leaving, I took a group photo of them.
If you wondered, yes I am not in the photo because I am the photographer. HAHAHA.
Looking forward to Baby Sin Ru's Full Moon Party.
Congratulations once again to Johnathan and Irene on upgrading to Daddy and Mummy status :) yay!
** Happy Family Photo **
